Mortgage Manager is a mortgage loan tracking application. It provides a way to create payments to prepay your mortgage. Payments automatically change to reflect interest rate changes for ARM loans. Escrows are tracked for monitoring so additional escrow deposits can be anticipated. Interest savings are calculated for paid and future principal payments. The loan schedule can be printed or saved to pdf.
